1) All our products are exquisitely handmade, one piece at a time, therefore it is a bit difficult to make identical item. Every effort is made to create the best product, however there may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws.

2) We do not cater for urgent order. We only accept pre-order (first come first serve). It is due to handmade item take times to accomplish, please refer ‘Order Procedure‘ for more details.

3) We do accept opt sizes of item and price will be different for opt sizes, please email us the size and we will reply with the price.

4) All price listed is in Ringgit Malaysia and is excluding Postage charges, you may refer to ‘Shipping and Handling‘ section for postage charges. We do accept overseas order and delivery, please email us for more details.

5) All orders will be arranged by courier services (PosLaju) to your door-step. We do not provide self-collect or face to face transaction.

6) All products sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

7) SweetYi.com will not be held responsible for any lost or damage parcel during shipping.

8) For whoever want to deliver direct to your friend as a gift must inform us in your email when make order.

1）我们所有的产品都是纯手工制作的，一个手工制品需要的是时间，因此难免会稍微的不一样。但是我们会尽全力制作出最良好的作品，虽然它可能还会有些不完美的瑕疵。

2）由于手工艺品需要长时间完成，因此我不能接受紧急订单，而只能接受预购订单（以先到先得为序）。想要了解更多这方面的细节可以到“Order Procedure“。

3）另外，我们接受自定义大小的货品，但价格也会根据货品的大小不同而定。想要有属于自己不一样大小的货品的亲们，可以通过电子邮件告诉我们你想要的尺寸哦，我们将与货品的价格答复您。

4）我们所有的货品都以马币为标准（不包含邮费）。为了了解邮寄的计算您可以到“Shipping and Handling“部分作为参考。此外，我们也接受海外来的订单，您也可以通过电子邮件向我们讯问一些有关海外订单的细节。

5）所有订单将以快递服务（PosLaju）寄送到你家门前，不怕收不到货哦。很抱歉的是，我们并不提供自行拿起和面交。

6）已售出的货品不予退还或交换。

7）SweetYi.com将不负责运输过程中遗失或损坏的包裹。

8）凡是想要直接寄送到朋友家的包裹作为礼物的亲们，请一定要在订单里或电子邮件里通知我们哦。
