We will do our upmost best to ensure parcel are safely pack and deliver. We will not held responsible for any lost or damage parcels during shipping.

Once your product is ready, we will ship your products as soon as possible and email the tracking number to you.

Usually PosLaju shipping will take about 1 to 2 working days to most of the area in West Malaysia and 2 to 3 working days to East Malaysia.

For the time near to any festival or season holiday, shipping will take up to 10 working days due to high
volume of shipping in PosLaju.

PosLaju rate :

• RM 6.00 for items less than 500gm in West Malaysia
• RM 9.00 for item less than 500gm to East Malaysia.

For any order exceed 500gm，international order and international delivery, the shipping charges will be difference from the above, we will let you know the shipping charges through email.
